Introduction to fixed pricing for ACAS Early Conciliation Process
As an employer or employee, you may not be aware that nearly all employees who wish to bring any sort of claim against their employer in an Employment Tribunal, are required go through an ACAS Early Conciliation Process. With this in mind, DC Employment Solicitors are introducing a fixed fee service which will guide employers and employees through this potentially daunting, stressful and time-consuming process.
It is not compulsory for a Solicitor to represent an employee at this stage; however, DC Employment Solicitors understand this process can often be an overwhelming and intimidating experience for individuals, so it can often be advantageous to have one there to guide you through the process.

The fee will cover all the work we undertake during the process, so you can rest assured you will not receive any surprise invoices. The fee also includes advice on the ACAS agreement, should an agreement be reached, to ensure you are fully protected.
